Working out is always more fun when the fitness activities are varied and when you're with a great group of women sharing similar experiences.

Whether you're pregnant or a mum who wants to work out with or without your child, our local classes will help keep you feeling well throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Staying fit during pregnancy can help improve your cardiovascular health, give you more energy, helping improve how you feel about yourself - inside and out - as you  grow bigger and bigger! and of course smaller again.

As a mum with a busy schedule, our group classes will help you stay motivated by finding you the time for exercise, and you'll enjoy staying active with other local mums and their children!
