Highly trained with extensive experience of 13 plus years.
Michelle Started her Fitness and training career within the British Army, with over 7 years service.
An advanced and dedicated trainer within Pre and Postnatal fitness, She mainly focuses on Mums and their Babies. Working within the local community, helping to make women aware of their potential to manage their own pregnancy and post recovery, through exercise and  good health. Trained by Judy Difiore author to The Pregnancy Exercise Book and The Complete Guide to Postnatal Fitness.

Jo’s been working as a Personal Trainer and industry assessor now for well over 4 years.  Before Training to become a Personal Trainer, Jo’s passion and strong background was and still is within Dance.

After studying for many years with a varied portfolio within her dancing career, Jo choose to bring her experiences and knowledge with her into the Health & Fitness industry.  Jo came into Personal Training and group fitness to guide, drive and supports others into a healthier and more enjoyable lifestyle.  One that stays and develops with you through your life ups and downs.  Ensuring good health and mental attitude, no matter what life has in store for you.
