"I have been training with Chelle now for more than five years, I met her at the gym were she worked as the Leisure Club Manager. At the time I was looking for a trainer and began to notice that Chelle’s personal training clients always seemed happy when training, so I asked her if she would train me. “I came to Chelle thinking I just needed some tips on my lifting as I had seen her training herself at the gym and thought she should be able to help me increase my strength. After the initial assessment she pointed out several imbalances that I was developing with my current training regime and explained the potential injuries that could occur if I did not address these issues. The information she was talking about was clearly presented to me, and I was given the choice to continue with what we had planned (technique work on my bench press) or work with her to construct an improved programme. After a couple of days thinking about it, at our next meeting I decided to purchase a personalised programme, and now not only has my upper body strength improved, but my posture also has and I feel less tight in the shoulders. I’ve been attending Michelle’s buggy workout sessions since January (2008) of this year and I love it (most of the time!). 

I hadn’t done any exercise for years before having my baby but I decided that I definitely needed to do something to try to lose the baby weight. However, buggy workouts are now about more than Exercise for me – I’ve made some really great friends through it and it’s really helpful to be able to talk to other mums about baby stuff (and mum stuff too). 

Since I started I feel fitter, have more stamina and am happier too. Plus, as you are exercising with your baby, you don’t need to find Childcare in order to attend so there’s nothing to stop you!

Michelle's Sunday Class is they only me time I have all week.  I was always committed to 2 classes within the week before returning to work full-time.  I could not live with out this class as it's a great release to blow away all the weeks problems and ready myself for whatever the new week has in store!
