All payment must to be paid in full before any session can take place

Cash payment will be accepted.  However payment must be taken before your initial
Body Back2Basics assessment or Buggy Workout takes place.
Any further Cash payment for future bookings can be taken before the completion of your current training stage or on booking of next class.    

Payment can also be made via PayaPal.

B2B Terms & Conditions (Please read before making bookings)
*Once Trainer and client have agreed upon the most appropriate training programme / package, payment must be made in full before the sessions are conducted.  Failure to make a payment will result in session being cancelled by trainer.
*All pre-paid block courses and packages have a completion date.  Outstanding sessions will not be carried over the completion date, unless prior agreement has been made with trainer.
*Trainers must be contacted directly to cancel or change booked sessions. 
24 hours notice is needed to cancel or change bookings (even complementary sessions).
*Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur full charge.
*Cancellations for pre-paid block sessions and packages which have already started, will incur a 25% charge for any outstanding sessions to cover time spent by trainer, developing and planning programme.
*Sessions will last 1 hour unless stated otherwise and will start and finish on time.
*If client is late, the trainer will not be able to provide a full 1 hour session.
*If the trainer is late for client’s session, Client will still receive the full session time or have the outstanding time added to another session.
*The results of any training programme or package cannot be guaranteed and progress depends on client’s efforts and cooperation in and outside sessions.
*Individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed.
*There are inherent risks in participating in a programme or package of strenuous exercise.
*The client certifies that all answers to the questions outlined on the Pre-Activity questionnaire form are true and complete to the best of their knowledge.
*If clients condition or health changes now or ongoing, it is the clients responsibility to inform the trainer. As it may affect client’s ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
