(Please note; this assessment is compulsory before any new client can have a training program / session developed).
No more than 4 block bookings can be taken at any one time.
Your overall fitness levels will improve, re-assessment every 6 to 8 weeks are an essential requirement. Ensuring you are within the right stage of your training programme and you reach your required individual goal at all times.

Phase 1. (FT) Functional Training
Preventing injury whilst improving posture & muscle balance. The beginning point for Corrective movement within your body.

Phase 2. (ST) Stability Training
Gaining the skills to switch on your key muscle groups, whist reducing your waistline. Strengthens and supports the back, helping to improve the whole body’s performance day 2 day.

Phase 3. (RST) Reactive Stability Training
All round improvement to your muscular strength. Helping to build and increase your performance and power.

Phase 4. (RDT) Reactive Development Training
Challenge your body by exercising in new ways, promoting strength and sculpture. Increasing the body's efficiency to burn calories.

Phase 5. (RST) Reactive Strength Training
Giving you all round muscular strength and the building blocks to improving performance and power. Making everyday life easier.

Phase 6. (RET) Reactive Elastic Training
Enhancing speed and strength by initiating your prime muscle movers, whist improving your strength rate of force produced by your body.

Phase 7. (MPT) Max Power Training
Not for the light hearted. Progressing you to produce your maximum acceleration and force throughout your whole range of motion.

Cardio Training (CT):
Increasing the efficiency of your heart and lungs helping to build endurance       

SAQ Training (SAQ):
Enhance your ability to respond to sudden environmental changes by training in simple manner that is exciting, adding variety to your routine
