Baby&MeisWirrals flagship Buggy Workout class. A Cardio buggy workout, thats new and exciting exercise program designed by your local pregnancy & postnatal fitness professional. Dedicated to providing safe, secure and effective exercise for mums and mums-to-be. Offering a unique one-hour buggy workout where new mums can meet,make friends and get back into shape, this class will raise your pulse rate and work those muscle. At least twoclass per week is recommended to ensure that your obtain the full benefits.

Baby Back2Basics -Postnatal Fitball Group Classes
Classes are taken within the comfort of your own home. They are a fun, informal and effective way of getting and staying fit and healthy with your friends. Small group classes with a minimum of 3 friends and the maximum of 4 per session, just like having a PERSONAL TRAINER! You will all have a great time together whilst achieving amazing results. Suitable for before pregnancy and postnatal (after assessing your abdominal wall), but the classes also promise to take you well into your future fitness.
