I’ve been attending Michelle’s buggy workout sessions since

January (2008) of this year and I love it (most of the time!).

I hadn’t done any exercise for years before having my baby but

I decided that I definitely needed to do something to try to lose the

baby weight. However, buggy workouts are now about more than

Exercise for me – I’ve made some really great friends through it and

it’s really helpful to be able to talk to other mums about baby stuff

(and mum stuff too).

Since I started I feel fitter, have more stamina and am happier too.

Plus, as you are exercising with your baby, you don’t need to find

Childcare in order to attend so there’s nothing to stop you!

safely from as early as 8 weeks post natal without having to worry

about childcare for my precious bundle.

Michelle is a fantastic instructor who explains the whys and wherefores

of any exercise.

I find myself ‘pushing’ correctly and ‘walking tall’ even after the workout.

All in all a fab couple of hours of me-time with the health and fitness

Taking part in the Buggy Workout classes twice a week gave me something

I would recommend these classes to all new mums, especially younger mums as

Michelle really enjoys what she does and this shines through within her classes,

making the whole experience a positive one for everyone.

Michelle's Sunday Class is they only me time I have all week.

Iwas always committed to 2 classes within the week before returning to work full-time.

I could not live with out this class as it's a great release to blow away all the weeks

problems and ready myself for whatever the new week has in store!

I have been with Michelle since March 2008 and have enjoyed every moment of my time

within all her class. If your like me and always do everything for everyone else before

looking after yourself then I would highly recommend investing your rare and limited

ME time in Buggy Workout.  You will never look back......promise!
