You may be wondering if its safe to continue
with exercise or begin exercising now that you're pregnant. As a
specialist teacher of pregnancy exercises, with years of practical
experience of teaching both fit and not-so-fit mum's to be, I have a
deep understanding of the changes and discomforts associated with
pregnancy, and a strong awareness of how a pregnant woman feels. My
course is comprehensive yet flexiable and full of modifications to make
the exercises easier or harder, depending on how you feel. Exercising
regularly through your pregnancy will help you enjoy a comfortable
pregnancy. Helping to improve your posture, relieve stiffness, aches
and pains, strengthen your muscles and increase your energy levels. The
course will help to control excess weight gain and may encourage you to
relax and sleep better. What's more your circulation will improve,
reducing discomforts such as varicose veins, leg cramps and
constipation. Most importantly, your increased strength and stamina
will enable you to cope better during labour. Although you may not yet
have considered what life will be like like after your baby is born,
your body WILL recover more quickly if you exercise during pregnancy.
